    The WorkSafe Plan information session provides information on how to complete a WorkSafe Plan assessment and submit an application for a WorkSafe Plan Certificate of Achievement to WorkSafe WA.

    Completing this information session is mandatory for anyone wishing to become a WorkSafe Plan Assessor.

  • Information for PCBUs

    WorkSafe Plan is an audit and assessment process that can be used to rate health and safety management systems in Western Australian workplaces with WorkSafe awarding Certificates of Achievement at three levels:

    • Silver certificates for organisations meeting minimum standards.
    • Gold certificates for organisations demonstrating good progress towards a best practice approach to health and safety management.
    • Platinum certificates for organisations that achieve highest standards.
  • WorkSafe Plan Assessors

    A WorkSafe Plan Assessor is authorised by WorkSafe to complete and submit WorkSafe Plan assessments.

    Becoming an accredited WorkSafe Plan Assessor offers several benefits:

    • Enhance and diversify your work portfolio along with your business’s reputation.
