Introduce general concepts of WHS to young people

Young workers often lack experience and knowledge of health and safety principles, making them vulnerable to work-related illnesses and injuries. The main goal of SmartMove is to keep young people safe in the workplace.

SmartMove objectives are to:

Inform young people of the general hazards in the workplace

Prepare young people for the responsibility of working safely
Empower young people to stand up for their safety in the workplace
Provide young people with a certificate of completion.
