Paul joined the Department in 2021 as a member of the Statewide Health Team in WorkSafe Mines Safety. Prior to working for LGIRS, he ran a safety consultancy and worked for a number of years with IFAP and Royal Life Saving Society making contributions to the safety of working people. He has extensive experience in mining and civil construction, both as an operator and in management roles. Paul has specific interests in reducing worker exposures to hazardous substances and has recently completed projects involving regulatory interventions in dust management and lead processes.

Greg has more than 30 years of experience in occupational health and hygiene across general industry and mining. He worked as a specialist inspector with WorkSafe General Industries before moving into the mining sector in 1997, where he held technical, management and executive leadership roles with multinational mining companies in Australia and overseas. He is a past MAIOH, MAIHA and CIH. Throughout his career, Greg has been involved in industry research, regulatory matters, and the development and implementation of corporate strategies to support legislative compliance and manage corporate liability. He joined the WorkSafe Mines Safety team in 2022 and currently works in the Statewide Health Team.

Alan is Principal Scientific Officer, Occupational Health and Hygiene, at LGIRS. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience across consulting and regulatory environments, he has worked across a diverse range of industries in the management of workplace health risks. Alan leads WorkSafe WA's specialist occupational hygiene team and provides technical leadership on workplace exposure hazards, including hazardous chemicals, ventilation, noise and airborne contaminants. His work encompasses workplace investigations, compliance and enforcement, policy advice, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on practical, risk-based improvements to worker health and safety.

Jubin is an Inspector of Mines with LGIRS, specialising in radiation safety and occupational hygiene. A qualified chemical engineer, she has held regulatory roles with the Radiological Council of WA and WorkSafe Mines Safety, undertaking compliance inspections, radiation risk assessments, exposure monitoring and worker protection initiatives across the mining and industrial sectors. Her work focuses on improving radiation management practices, occupational hygiene and worker health protection across Western Australia's resources industry.
